Terms & Conditions

By making a reservation with Hotel Ishaan Residency, guests agree to the following booking terms and conditions:

  • A minimum advance payment of 30% of the total booking amount is required to confirm and secure a room reservation.

  • The booking will be considered confirmed only after the required advance payment has been successfully received by the hotel.

  • The 30% advance/token amount paid to confirm the reservation is strictly non-refundable.

  • The remaining booking amount must be paid as per the payment instructions provided by Hotel Ishaan Residency.

  • Guests are responsible for providing accurate booking details, including their name, contact information, check-in date, check-out date, and number of guests.

  • A valid government-issued photo ID may be required from guests at the time of check-in, in accordance with applicable laws and hotel policies.

  • Room allocation is subject to availability and the room category confirmed at the time of booking.

  • Guests are expected to follow the hotel’s rules and maintain appropriate conduct during their stay.

  • Any damage caused to hotel property by a guest may be charged separately.

  • Hotel Ishaan Residency reserves the right to update these terms and conditions when necessary. The terms applicable at the time of booking will govern the reservation.
