A 30% advance/token payment is required to confirm every room booking at Hotel Ishaan Residency.
The 30% advance/token amount is non-refundable under all circumstances once the booking has been confirmed.
If the guest informs the hotel about a cancellation or no-show before 6:00 PM on the scheduled check-in date, only 10% of the remaining booking amount, calculated after deducting the non-refundable advance/token amount, will be eligible for refund.
If the guest fails to check in or informs the hotel after 6:00 PM on the scheduled check-in date, no refund will be provided.
Any applicable refund will be processed according to the original payment method or another method agreed upon by the hotel and guest.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the bank, payment provider, or payment method used.
Bookings made through third-party travel websites or online travel agencies are subject to the cancellation and refund policies mentioned on the respective booking platform.
